Subject: Potato dish

Thanks for the suggestion. As I didn't have the recipe book and was a tad tired I sliced the potatoes and alternately layered them with sticks of leek. Filled bowl half way up with stock. The result was a very tasty hearty dish. Would definately try this one again. Thanks Janet.

So glad you enjoyed it - wasn't it weird we had the same stuff in the house hundreds of miles away. Glad you enjoyed it - we will have it again too and I will follow your advice and put less stock in next time. Big Hugs xxx
