Antonio Carluccio Italian Recipes

Antonio Carluccio is one of my favourite tv chefs. I have many of his cookbooks and have cooked many of his recipes. This cookbook was purchsed via a book club and is of the same series as Madhur Jaffrey's Indian Recipes described earlier. This cookbook has one of my family's Sunday lunch favourites Roast Lamb with Potatoes on page 85. Lamb chunks are placed in a roasting pan with onions rosemary and waxy potatoes. Covered with a glug of olive oil and roasted for an hour and a half. Lush! Try it at least once and I challene you not to be a fan. I have also tried a few other recipes in this rather nice little book which has been used quite a bit since I bought it some years back. Not bad at all.
