Catalan Cuisine by Colman Andrews

I can't remember when I bought this book but I have had it for at least 20 years. I have to admit that I am not a great fan of Spanish food but believe that I bought it shortly after my purchase of Floyd on Spain which is a great favourite. It is nice and tactile to flick through but there are no pictures and sadly this is another book I have never used. As I flick through it I continue to be interested in the explanations and recipes which appear to be authentic. I must give it a try soon and will report back on my blog. Only 20 years too late.
