I have had this book since it was published in 1999 and the Shepherd's Pie on Page 76 and the Salad Nicoise are two recipes that get made regularly in the Richards' household. Other than that I haven't delved more deeply into the book and I must confess I am not sure why not. I am a sucker for well photographed food to inspire me to give something a go and this book has good photos of each recipe. Another book that has been most undeservedly left on the shelf!
