Fantastico by Gino D'Acampo

I bought this companion book to Buonissimo after the success of the original but it has failed to make it into the kitchen very often. I don't really know why as the formula, pictures and prose are pretty similar and perhaps that is the problem! When I'm thinking of Gino's recipes my hand picks up Buonissimo and I find a recipe and cook it. As a consequence this book is sadly neglected and really deserves further attention.
