Keith Floyd, what a legend. I think he was the first TV chef to inspire me, his shows were epic and I loved being one of his 'little gastronomes' and admired his ability to drink wine, have fun and boss around his camera man in every show. It must have been at least 20 years ago that I bought these collection of books. I have to confess though that this one and the Floyd on Fire one are rarely used as I don't BBQ and don't like fish much either .. but hey that does not prevent me from wanting to own the entire collection and flick through them now and again hoping that some of his magic may rub off on me as well. I challenge you to have at least one Keith Floyd book in your collection but if I was to recommend only one (or two) it would be Floyd on Spain or Floyd on France.
