I can't remember when I bought this book but it was before Andrew was born and so is over 20 years old and purchased during one of my many attempts to lose weight by eating healthily. It is full of interesting information about nutrition, dietary needs, superfoods and healthy eating,including a number of recipes. It is in pristine condition as I have smugly tucked it away on my bookshelf, safe in the knowledge that I have identified healthy eating as necessary in my life but has never made its way into my kitchen.
Yet another book that I have never cooked a recipe from! This is getting to be a common theme isn't it!
