Mireille Johnston's French Cookery Course Part One

This book was a Mike purchase. He had caught an episode of this series on television whilst I was at work and having been inspired by some of our attempts from Keith Floyd's 'Floyd on France' he purchased this book, having boldly declared that he would cook something from it. That was now 20 years ago and I am still waiting! Having taken this opportunity to flick through the book again I think there may be some gems hiding between these pages, so maybe it's time for me to give it a try instead of waiting for him to start.
