Pasta and Italian a Parragon Book

This is another book  that was kindly bought for me for Christmas many years ago by my thoughtful sister-in-law but I am ashamed to admit that it is another that I have not cooked from. My excuse is that it is very general and I tend to go to The River Cafe, Gino D'Acampo or Antonio Carluccio when looking for new pasta recipes. It is really ungrateful of me and I am so sorry, so I must make it right and cook something from it soon.
