Tex Mex Cooking edited by Jillian Stewart

I am not sure where I bought this book as it is so long ago and it smacks of a book bought at one of the cheap bookshops you get on the  high street. 

It has lots of pretty pictures and we decided to give it a go when cooking with my son Andrew, trying to find a suitable student recipe to add to his arsenal when he returns to University in the Autumn.

You can see the full results on the Blog dated 27th July 2013 and I won't spoil the fun, but it was truly awful and this book has been sent to the charity shop. I now have 83 cookbooks on my shelf, the first time ever the count has gone down instead of up!.
