The River Cottage Cookbook by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall

Mike bought this book as he was looking for recipe for rabbit as he and Andrew occasionally go shooting on a nearby farm for rabbits. As a consequence this book is off my radar and I have only flicked through it once shortly after he brought it home. I have seen a few episodes of the River Cottage over the years and the book is very detailed with lots of information. Certainly worth further examination.
