Andrew bought me this book for my 50th birthday. I really liked Gordon's Ultimate Cookery Course and decided that this one would be a great companion. I dropped loads of subtle hints and the boy didn't disappoint as he delivered this gift at my birthday dinner. I haven't had much time yet to delve into it but have made the Stuffed Rib of Beef and Horseradish Puddings on Page 236-9. My puddings were rather flat affairs but tasted delicious as did the rib of beef.
I am looking forward to experimenting with more recipes from this book.
